Hours: Our normal working hours are from 8am to 4 pm but we do most of our cleaning and bids by appointment in the evenings and weekends.
Payment: We usually bill once per month. Bills are payable within 30 days or a 10% late fee is added (this is unless other terms are agreed to in advance)
Supplies: We bring our own supplies and us our own equipment unless other arrangements are discussed in advance.
Changes to Cleaning Agreements: We are always looking to keep our customers happy. If your cleaning requirements change, we are happy to adjust the services we provide. That being said, if your cleaning requirements change, we reserve the right to adjust the price to cover any additional work required.
Insurance: We will maintain at least $1 million in Liability Insurance at all times We will maintain our Worker's Compensation coverage at all times
Keys: Keys will never have anything to tie them to your business. They will be tagged with a number tag and your account manager will know which number you are. A back-up set of keys will be kept in a lock box at the office at all times incase the original set are locked in or lost. If we loose your keys, we will take responsibility and replace your locks at our expense.
Privacy Policy: We do not share any information gathered with any other companies unless you request us to refer you for specialized services.
Quality Guarantee: We guarantee that all of the work we agree to preform for you will be done in a satisfactory manner. If you are not satisfied with our work then we will return to touch up the areas of consern free of charge. We require specific instructions on what was not up to your expectations and what the expectation is, and we request someone is there to show us the issue and check that it is brought up to your expectations before we leave. This policy only covers work we agreed to perform...if you want more cleaning done than we had previousely agreed to, then a new bid will need to be prepaired.
Extra Services: If you require additional days or "spring cleaning" or detail cleaning to prepair for upper management visits or something, then we will be happy to do it, we will provide an estimate for the additional cost associated with the extra work and submit it for your approval. If you have events that are not part of the normal cleaning expectation, then we reserve the right to charge a premium since we will be doing more work for you due to the event. We also request that you give us advance notice so we can get additional workers lined up (with out advance notice we may not have the coverage to complete the extra work at your regularly scheduled time).
